OPPORTUNITIES FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH DURING
CHURCH SCHOOL

Our "Time with the Children" during worship reaches out to the children in all of us!
NOTE ROOM CHANGES
Elementary K-5th
Workshop Rotation Model
Each month the classes study a single
Biblical story or passage. The rotations
include storytelling, drama, computers,
cooking/science and arts and crafts.
The class is divided into two groups of
K-2nd and 3-5th. These groups meet
in Room 310, first floor of the Education building.
3- and 4-Year Olds
The children experience a weekly Bible
story using wooden characters based
on a method called Godly Play. The
group meets in Room 5 of the Administration Bldg.
18 Months and 2's
Children learn about God and creation
through a method based on Bible
Babies. This class is in Room 7 of the Administration Bldg.
Nursery
A well-staffed nursery is available
for infants and children through
18 months, in Rooms 11 and 12 of the Administration Bldg.
OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUTH DURING
CHURCH SCHOOL
Junior High Youth
This group meets in Room 206, Education Bldg. to study and discuss the
Bible and youth issues through a video series.
Senior High Youth
This group studies the Bible using the
Presbyterian Church (USA) We Believe
series. They meet in Room 205, Education Bldg.
OTHER YOUTH ACTIVITIES
SPY Meetings (St.Philip Youth)
Sunday at 5pm is the time for Middle
School and Senior High Youth to
gather in the upstairs music suite.
The evening includes handbells, choir,
study, fellowship and dinner.
Children's Choir School
These activities begin at 5:30pm with
dinner on Wednesdays in Fellowship
Hall. Handbells, chimes and choir
follow in the upstairs choir suite from
6pm through 7pm.

Come meet other young adults (and those young at heart,) both single and married, as the class enjoys study and fellowship.
